                                              1.1      Using CARE’s Ministry Design on Youth Empowerment as a base, work on identified initiatives in the community and continuously support the strategy with the team.

                                              1.2      Assist in the services which address pressing issues faced by the urban youth in Setapak.   

                                              1.3      Equip youths from a receiving generation to become a contributing generation for themselves and their families – focusing on employability, resilience and character.   

                                              1.4      Assist in planning and organizing the Discovery Camp.

                                              2.    Community Organizing

                                               

                                              -      Refugee Youth

                                              2.1      Together with the refugee community: Assist in identifying needs and outcomes, and foster cooperation as well as with collaborative efforts for the benefits of the refugee youths.    

                                              2.2      Relationships: Connect, communicate and cultivate relationships with the community of youth in Setapak to address common concern and issues faced by the youths.

                                              Assist the Supervisor to ensure the program implementation, documentation (eg. records, reports etc.) for women prison work, and maintain good relationship with the women prison department, in line with the strategic and annual plan.

                                              Assist the Supervisor to work towards the inclusion of volunteers, partners and churches in the services of Prison, RK and RP, via the development of opportunities, relationship-building and communication.

                                              1.1      Assist in the operation of the RP which includes its function, resources (human – clients, volunteers & interns; facilities, utilities etc.) and administration, based on the RP Operation Manual.

                                              1.3      Attend to RP clients’ needs by providing proper assistance through RP.

                                              3.5      PCT: Be connected to this taskforce of the Prison Ministry of CARE to provide feedback and inputs to ensure seamless after-care services for clients from prison to RP.

                                              3.6      CD & SD Alignment: Participate in Annual Review & Plan exercise together with SD counterpart. Identify opportunities for developing services in the community, if needed, and collaborate with SD.
